moves:
backward pencil - inside leg bent (ALWAYS bent the wrong leg!)
ninja descent - swing your body from the back of the pole to the side, lean your body weight into the pole and fold over a bit. bend your inner leg and straighten your outside leg. make sure to keep your body weight leaned into the pole as you descend down the pole
lots of floor work. booty shakin' and poppin'. straddle splits that took me a little longer to do and not completely plop my body onto the floor.
